Old and warn
Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsThreadbare and old property. Take your shower/bath early. Water pressure is low and hot water is limited. Staff is pleasant and helpful with fresh towels. I doubt if they would be in business if anywhere else but London where lodging is limited

Tom, Thank you for your stay. Hotel Owners had to go through a hard time during Covid and as you had witnessed a lot of repair work is in progress at the moment.

Would have been a great place 40 years ago. It is very run down. The room I had would be magnificent if it had a coat of paint, some new carpet and decent furniture. Beautiful bay windows opening onto the street.
It was cheap and in a half decent spot though. A about 5 minute walk to the train

Paul, Thank you for your stay . As you have witnessed the management has already started renovating the outside of the building and the rooms to follow. Being a family run small budget hotel that was completely closed during Covid lockdown thus no income has generated. We are in the process of upgrading the rooms in the near future.

Very clean and friendly staff couldn't have asked for a better stay. We stayed for a festival and felt so safe getting to and from here. A quiet area and clean and nice rooms. The manager was very accommodating to me and my son. Thank you

The property & gardens were in poor condition. Scaffolding up from of building & debris in the gardens front & back. Care needs to be taken to ensure a clear & true picture of the property

Posted 8 Jul 2024 on HotelsNo problems checking in or out, room is in need of an uodate, the beds where comfy and the bathroom was nice and the area was lovely. Close to 2 underground stations was great being me and my friend was going to Wembley Stadium.
