The accommodation was really great for someone travelling solo, the staff was really friendly and helpful ! Got to meet alot of amazing people.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Check in and check out were smooth.
Property does NOT have an elevator which was an issue as I had a huge suitcase. Rooms also do not have hair dryers and towels included in the stay. Instead you must rent which is quite ridiculous. I understand this is to prevent theft but there are other ways around this. Please consider them.
Area is near Gloucester Road tube station (10min walk) and right outside Hyde Park.

It's very well located, the rook size is fine but it was very dirty! The room was probably not cleaned before my arrival and there was old dust everywhere. The floor had hair from previous guests and the bathroom was not properly cleaned since a long time. There was no toilet paper and for towels you need to pay £ 3,50 even booking a twin room.
