The staff were lovely and helpful.
The room was a superior room and very spacious and clean.
My only 'gripe' was that there were only power sockets and USB ports on one side of the bed.

Second stay at this wonderful hotel. Such friendly staff with very quiet and clean rooms. Just a stone throw away from Covent Garden, theatres and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!
