Very clean-modern-great staff-amazing breakfast-Spacious room.Unfortonately for the first time , we stayd in one of basement rooms .Very big , modern, well equipped, spotless. Unfortunately there was a terrible smell..drains....So avoid the basement rooms. Everything else regarding the hotel (we have stayd in this hotel 6-7 times already) is OUTSTANDING.

One elevator out but wasn’t a problem while we were there. Called the night before to say we’d be there around 8am and to confirm they can hold luggage. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised to be offered early check-in instead. This was appreciated as we were able to change, freshen up and squeeze in a nap. Decent sized room with twin beds (not that comfy). Although no view, it was quiet and we couldn't hear street noise. Nice touch with robes, slippers, rubber ducky, soaker tub and shower, selection of teas and couple cookies. Arrived at LHR. Opted to take the Underground tube.

The service was above and beyond anything I expected from this hospitality group. They clearly want to make a good impression and they surely did. Comfortable, clean can only highly recommend.
