This place advertised free parking and we paid a tax to drive into London. What a joke when we arrived there: there was no parking!!!! The lady said it was a hotels.com mistake not theirs. She said I was not her client and I could look for a parking but there was nothing she could do to help. Very deceiving!!! There was no toilet rolls and the lady said we could check out later but at 10:00 cleaners were knocking on the door even though they knew I wasn’t there at that time and that my daughters were sleeping. From beginning to the end disappointing!!

Communication issues

Check in and Out times are wrong on VRBO website. Property manager never answered repeated questions made through the VRBO website. Paid in full through VRBO website at booking. Online account never reflected payment just payment due. But a different website I was referred to did show payment.
