This hotel is a gem in northwest London, very affordable, good and variety menu. Great happy staff and lovely clean room. . Very satisfied customer. Thanks to Jacob, Mohammed and lady staff.

Location access to OVO arena was good with a bus stop outside. Tiniest double room ever. Very average bed. Just done hangers but no storage space for clothes. Bathroom , no toilet roll holder, no towel rail. TV very laggy on app & Freeview. Breakfast was good , better first day, stingy on hash browns on second. Worst thing was price of parking £15 per day.

Dana was excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. Went out of her way to make our stay excellent. Very good breakfast included. If it wasn't on the menu they would still make it for you if they had the ingredients.
All the staff were friendly and courteous.
