The double bed was tight against the window, and I needed to climb over my partner to go to the toilet. Very poorly designed and cramped. I wouldn't stay again. I did ask to move rooms but was told all
rooms have the bed tight the window.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, perfect location for the event we were attending and the room was clean and very nice to relax in after a day’s work.

This hotel presents itself to be a very fancy place however that was far from our stay at the Ark Hotel in Canary Wharf. The room had an unpleasant odour, the floors weren’t clean and there was blood on the wall of the bathroom. The bed felt as if it was broken and my partner and I had to climb over each other to get in and out. The bathroom was so small and so was the shower. The shower door was hanging off and the window wouldn’t stay open. Which was necessary since there wasn’t any aircon. The location was great for our requirements and the pool area seemed nice. But for the price I was expecting better. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.
