Good room and better people

Plumbing problems in the hotel.
Posted 23 Jul 2024 on HotelsThere is something wrong with the plumbing system in the hotel. Loud water pumping noises came from one of the walls in the room which kept me awake at night. The management changed the room for me but the toilet and faucet in the new room made hissing sounds whenever the water was turned on. The sound proofing of the room was poor as I could hear noises from the room above and next to my room.The hotel is located in the business district and not near the main tourist or shopping attractions. The traffic around the hotel was terrible with several road closures throughout the day. We did not find the hotel to be ideally located. Overall, I was rather disappointed with the hotel in terms of comfort and service.

Stay was ok. I was told I would be sent an invoice but none since despite several attempts to contact the hotel. My card has now been charged twice and I wi be disputing these charges as I dont know what I’m being charged for.
Very upset by this!!!!!
