Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, very well located, 5 min walk to subway station. Walking distance to Museum of Natural History and Victoria and Albert Museum. 5 min walk to Tour buses.

Pros: Stunning area of London & beautiful decor and dining areas. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Cons: If you have accessibility issues, the standard rooms are located at the end of a labyrinth of hallways and stairs- this is just the nature of the building. For the same reason, if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs or blast a sound machine at night- you can hear quite a bit from the hallway and from the exterior. The standard room is tight- even for carry-ons. We expected small, but this surprised us.

Rooms were very clean. They were made up daily and promptly. Food and drink room service needs improvement. Bar and reception staff very attentive.

Enjoyed my stay immensely. Staff so courteous and helpful. The room was super and listened to my request for a walk in shower. Excellent tea making facilities. Would prefer a few more brealfast tea bags but I'm English so this must be expected from me!! Room spotless with all amenities including iron and board. Great hair dryer 👌

We enjoyed our stay here. It was beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable and the food was delicious.
