The front desk said they’ve stopped all dealings with Expedia.co. and then my booking and payment were invalid. So I had to make a new contract and paid money. Expedia.co. , please get back my money.

The worst experience ever
Posted 6 Apr 2018Filthy hotel, beds have To box springs and 5 cm mattress pad, cockroaches in a room swarming, old furniture, people that work there don’t have an idea of what clean is, The whole hotel has run down and in need of a major facelift. Mosquitoes are all over inside the hotel and then the rooms.

Moldy rooms - beds like a sack of rocks

Pros: Nothing - the pool outside looked ok, but I moved to another hotel
Cons: everythng. Clean the AC ducts get rid of mold - change service level and attitude
Thank you to Mr. Nestor who moved me to a room that smelled less of mold that the first one assigned.
the AC was extremely noise, the bed SO uncomfortable.
the check out procedure horrendous - three people at the desk and it took them forever to verify that the room was prepaid through Expedia.
I transferred to another hotel.
