Breakfast finishes at 9am and the hotel does not supply any facility in the rooms for making a hot drink. No fridge."

I had to call the hotel to ask for a QR code, the lady who answer (probably the Owner) wasn't kind and I had to answer her in the same way, because I know how to deal with Italians exactly as they do (sometimes).
