Property really needs some updating. They updated some area. Yet, the entrances to each building is in need of update.

This hotel and Expedia sold me a room , when I got there the front desk told me they didn’t have any rooms available. They sold them all. Including my room. You can imagine after driving hours how mad I was. Expedia and this property sold my room. This has never happened to me before . This was an expensive room and a nice area but looks like they are disorganized as Expedia is. Expedia found me another hotel with a simple room. Nothing like the one I booked. I will probably starting using other apps to book my hotels. Like hopper and others. The representative from Expedia just wanted to cancel my booking and send the money back in a week to my credit card. Expedia didn’t do anything worth to repair the problems they caused other than give me a small useless discount for a day in another hotel in the future.
The Expedia person was ready to hang up on me when I called them .

The building had a bad food smell to it. The room was not super clean upon arriving, mostly vacuuming and having burn holes on the bedding. Also, while there is a sofa bed in the room, we were told they no longer have mattresses for them, making them unusable.
