Property is well located.
The temperature was far too cold, the bedding inadequate being just a sheet and a very thin “duvet”. In addition on this stay it was noisy as there was work being carried out to the building directly opposite with workers repairing the outside of the building with considerable noise. This was not communicated in advance and was awful. This stay was a complete let down. I had stayed at the property before without such issues. I suggest double checking everything in advance as there is no on site assistance.

Dear Sandra, we are glad you liked the location of our accommodation. We are sorry to hear about your review. Regarding the temperature, the booking platform contacted us to tell us about your discomfort regarding the temperature of your apartment, and when we checked it you had 23.3º at 00:40h, which is a more than pleasant temperature to sleep in the dates we are. However, you were told that you could make use of the extra duvet provided on the sofa bed if you thought it convenient. Regarding the noise of works in another building and for which we are not responsible, as you understand, we have no prior notice to warn our customers. You did not contact us either, perhaps we could have changed your flat, but you did not let us know.We hope that if you come back to Logroño again, you will choose us again and change the perspective of your evaluation.Sercotel Logroño Suites

Easy check-in, despite there being no front desk. Very nicely equipped unit; great convenience of free laundry facility on lower level.
