Had to wait about two hours at the lobby to get the key to my room. Unacceptable!!!!!
Also, I requested to change the reservation, I was told they couldn’t do it.
Not happy at all with this hotel.

I'm sorry you weren't happy with your stay. We can NOT make changes to any 3rd party reservations, if you book through a 3rd party website the reservations come to us as is and adjustments simply cannot be made. Your wait however sounds unacceptable and we will be looking into this matter.

The rug was sticky. They make a point to make your bed. Breakfast on picture online look like is not the same. They offer only eggs as protein. Cold cereal, waffles, yogurt, some sweets stuff, oatmeal, apple juice and orange juice. Fruit only banana..

Everything we wanted was provided and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. Having an excellent Mexican restaurant in the same building was great.
