The lounge chair, desk chair, and table were dirty, stained and over 20 years old.
The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The toilet roll holder needs to be rebolted.
Liked the large refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Comfortable bed.
Maid service appeared to be clean with linens, sweeping, and general clean of the room.
The front desk needs a bell. We waited for the desk service person to appear who sits away from the front desk in an adjacent room. You have to talk loud to get her attention.
The breakfast attendant was helpful. The breakfast could be improved upon with a waffle maker.

Ive been to similitude Baymonts, but this hotel was special. I appreciate a clean bathroom and shower with Dove soap, conditioner and shampoo and this place has it. Stay here…..

The check-in staff was friendly and there were plenty of towels in the room.
Check-put was easy
The TV was sitting sideways and in a place that it was easy to bump
There were no USB charging ports
There was some kind of stain on the shower curtain and the bathroom felt pretty generally dirty

Tub was dirty, our checkout paperwork said checkout was 12 (noon) ... it was time change, fall back, weekend. Got locked out when our key no longer worked at 11. The front desk said checkout was at 11. SHOWED them our checkout paperwork that THEY slid under our door that morning showing in print checkout was at noon and were still told we were in the wrong and if we did not vacate the room within ten minutes we would be charged an extra night.
