Great Hotel and perfect location for the Atlas Arena. Staff were fantastic and allowed us to check in early as we had an early flight which was massively appreciated! Great stay, thank you.

Great experience. Cozy, quiet, clean room. Pleasant staff. Parking is a breeze. Atmospheric place. Definitely worth every penny!

World place ever! Thank god we got home safely!
Posted 21 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe most terrible stay ever. Staff were rude! They made us to pay a second time at the hotel and when we asked them to check this they called the police and we got evicted even though we had paid for hotel for 3 nights. They would not refund any money. We ended up paying for 3 nights and only stayed one night.
When the police arrived they told the police I was drunk because I had ordered 2 single cocktails - one was yet not even touched when the incident took place. There is a zero alcohol tolerance in Poland so even after one drink you are assumed to be drunk and disorderly! I’m a U.K. citizen and well travelled and have never experienced anything like this anywhere in the world!
After this incident we moved to another hotel called Kossak which was outstanding. We explained our experience to the staff and they told us that these small village hotels try and swindle people who don’t speak the language! This put me off Poland for life!
Only stay at this hotel if you want to be abused / swindled and not have any rights!

Dear Tajinder Dhaliwal,are you sure that the review concerns Hotel Tobaco? This did not happen and no one evicted you from the hotel. There is no hotel in Łódź called Kossak, to which you claim that you was moved.Please verify your opinion.Regards,
