They gave up my room bc they had a problem with my c card. 5.5 hours of weather delays later, we arrived at the hotel. The poor excuse for a manger, informed me of the issue, and that he had given away our room. So at 11pm, we had to go find another place to stay. 3 stops later, we finally found a place. We will NEVER stay at this property again…

The room was very clean, the staff was nice and check-in and out was a breeze.

Very clean hotel. The back parking lot is a bit of a hike leading to 4 stars instead of 5.
