There is no hotel in Loches with the indicated name and address. Turns out the name and address are different! This is easily verifiable on Google. Yet, neither Wotif nor the hotel will refund us. Great service eh! First and definitely last time using Wotif.

the property had a lot of character, and was in the center of a beautiful midieval town. the rooms should be updated, but weren't unpleasant.

Great location & food but poor service & rooms

Reasonable price great location but a little tired
Posted 27 Jul 2017 on HotelsGreat location and staff. Building quaint but a bit tired. I would stay again because of the location. The old town is right out the front door. Close parking.
