The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that we had to haul our heavy luggage up and down a steep staircase. We knew in advance there wasn’t a lift. It was just frustrating after walking from the train station to the apartment with all of our luggage and then having to make several trips up and down the stairs. "Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure. Settee was a bit uncomfortable. No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer. Disappointed that there wasn’t any hand soap provided in the bathroom Apart from that we would come back as it is very spacious. "
