The old town area doesn't disappoint: beautiful historical buildings, narrow cobblestone roads with boutiques and local restaurants to explore. Caffe del Arte is so close to all, walkability score is high: town square, churches and waterfront trail. The Zebra Room is nicely appointed: great firm bed, dining table and great storage space. I loved the shower power! Do use the Ticino transit card for discounts - we forgot. Next time!

Charming Hotel
Posted 28 Feb 2021 on HotelsOur experience was lovely. A romantic little hotel in the middle of town. Reception initialy a little frosty but very professional, warming up with time. The rooms slightly dusty but clean and charming. Shower could be improved.

Lovely, central hotel
Posted 4 Jun 2020 on HotelsAbsolutely lovely room - we had the suite. Clean and comfortable. We stayed right after Covid restrictions were lifted so they seemed a bit short staffed, which would make sense. Great location, close to the main piazza and sights. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived late at night, around 9pm, and they were so kind and patient with us after a very stressful travel day. Estella even helped me with my luggage onto the second floor! The room was very clean, and overall the hotel had a very family friendly vibe. I would recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Locarno! Close to so many little shops and restaurants!
