Whether it was amazing or not-so-good, your experience helps other travellers make their choice Sharing the bathroom with other guests is not nice

Its clearly showing on your booking how the room looks like and where you getting bathrooms food ect.you are the one who chooses what you want as we also have ensuites here

Bad service

My stay there was cut short as they could not offer me a blanket at night, i was expected to sleep with only a duvet cover in such a cold night and there is a river stream alongside the house. When i went to the caretaker she said there is nothing she can do as they did not give her a blanket for my room, she then told me there was another guest in another room who was given two blankets and thats when i demanded she requests that guest to release on to me. On my arrival on Saturday, i checked in and changed my outfits and went to the mall. on my return to my room i found that my personal staff, clothes were folded back into my bag, meaning they went through my things. This is how guest things gets lost. I told they owner that i do not appreciate that her employees pack my suitcase especially without getting my permission, they could have just closed the windows and left. I checked out of Sunday 10 am instead of Monday as i felt that the services are not to my expectation and found alternative accommodation for the Sunday. I did leave my banking details and asked that i be refunded for the one night. I would appreciate if you can assist in following this up.

It is of concern that when we offer a room its for one/two people but its against the rules of the lodge to come stay with friends because you made a booking with us.it is unfortunate that we cater for the person/people that have booked not for your team as a guest.its also professional to let the guest who booked to talk should there be something that needs attention not the teamates.it also important that once u request for something in a logde then wait for them to help you.dont try to help yourself.on another note the decision of your booking is always yours,the cancellation is also yours as a guest,our duty is to offer you the services required.its important to move by the rules of a place not to bend them knowing that you are doing so

A notre arrivée. Le personnel semble mal à l aise et nous raconte que Expedia à annuler la réservation de nos deux chambres de longue date. Visiblement la fille de l accueil ment car nous avons été débités et nous en déduisons que ces chambres ont été louées à deux familles. Nous repartirons à la recherche d une solution avec le goût amer de nous être fait largement arnaque : Évitez à tous prix côté adresse par ailleurs sans charme..

O staff foi espetacular, eram animados, simpáticos e atenciosos. O quarto era bastante espaçoso e confortável.
