Stayed here a few times ideal location for nature walks and being close to the facility’s . Also if over for the football at Pineter arena only a 49 minutes walk and a fantastic bar and restaurant outside only a 10 minute walk . Also mud bathes close by .

The apartment wasn't very comfortable with a plastic slippery sofa. The shower just dropped out and wasn't strong enough. Only 2 utensils in the kitchen for cooking. No actual oven just a microwave and 2 gas burners. Extremely slow boiling kettle. No nets in the bedroom so unable to open curtains as everyone can see in as they walk by. Spa far too expensive for treatments and entry hour should be free to resident guests.

The hotel was very pleasant, rooms were good and clean. The breakfast was nice as well. For some reason the pool area had a roper across to stop people accessing even though everyone was still using it. There wasn't very much nearly so was a bit of a walk to get to restaurants etc. We paid for spa access, didn't realise we needed a swim hat so had to purchase them at reception. The spa was okay but not the best standards - a little 'thrown together' with broken shower trays and the hot tub wasn't hot etc.

Its a good place to go. Not far from the beaches and it's flat. Went away at the end of the season. Rooms are comfortable and clean and they tick the boxes.

Check in staff were efficient and friendly. Room was nice enough, however the mixer shower valve appeared to have a fault, as it constantly cycled between hot and cold. Found a long blonde hair in the shower and a long black hair by the basin, so the cleaning had fallen short. Restaurant staff were friendly enough. Tried the 'buffet' for an evening meal in the restaurant, which was average ish. But the pots of food weren't labelled, which meant you had to open each pot to see what was in it. And those pots don't keep the food hot enough. Breakfast was ok though. Staff at check out were excellent again, and put my baggage in a secure room for me.

On arriving at the hotel after checking in the guy that was doing the Check-in told us that there was no water on in the hotel & it would be at least 8pm before it would be restored, it was not a burst or anything like that it’s ongoing scheduled work. My issue is that nobody informed us of this as if we had of been told we would have booked somewhere else. The guy checking us is confused the booking with the two rooms we had & it was all a little strange. Hotel ok for the money but the rooms are a little tired, good location next to the beach

We stayed in the Hotel after Christmas for one night to visit the area and do some shopping in the La Zenia Boulevard.The hotel was very basic, we are very used to having mini breaks in 4/5 star Hotels and know what we can expect, this Hotel falls far short, no mini bar at all, no tea and coffee making faciliies, towels very worn and bathroom very tatty. I would say it is more 2/3 star maximum. the bar closed at around 11pm, the area was not comfortable or welcoming at all, plastic outdoor tablesand chairs etc. It could probably do with a good refurb.(as could the whole Hotel). There was a strange smell like drains in the comunal areas of the Hotel. We were booke bed and breakfast, unfortunately the cooked element of the buffet breakfast was cold. The positives are the reception and bar staff where very efficient and helpful. The location is good for shopping by car to the La Zenia Boulevard, (though there is nothing around the area of the hotel on foot (restaurants etc). I would not stay again.
