Had noisey guest and the room was too hot and the shower was horrible as hardly any water come out of the shower head also the continental breakfast wasnt the greatest...

At check in the staff was having trouble with check in due to being booked through Expedia instead of directly through the hotel, so it took along time just to get a room.They where extremely kind and apologetic about it though.
Only 1 slide at the pool was working but the other one was still fun and the hot tub was nice. The pool area was kind of dirty, the floors and corners of the area looked like they were in need of a good scrub.
The tv in our room was also not working properly

I didn’t stay here because they called me the day of my stay and told me the pool was down. That is excellent costumer service that I didn’t expect and have to give them 5 stars and say thank you.

Picked this hotel because it had a pool but it was closed and the tub drain was leaking bad enough it made having a bath very difficult
