This was in a terrific location right near the beach, restaurants, etc. The rooms and space where excellent. It is advertised as having parking, but the parking is blocks away. It is extremely difficult to drive to the hotel, and you have to know the exact route to get through the blocked streets. This would have been helpful to know in advance.

Everything went really well and everyone was helpful and really nice and welcoming. I loved my stay and will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Absolutely love this hotel and the location. My only complaint would be the HVAC, would like it to be a little cooler in the room, but realize I like it cooler than most, would definitely book again

Terrible

Misrepresentation regarding parking. Their own parking is not on site and quite a walk with heavy bags. There are only 6 public parking spaces on the street, which are NOT free and were already taken. Rooms were dirty with black hairs in bed, towels, shower and shower room floor. Excellent choice for breakfast but the hot food was very cold. Reception staff were excellent but the woman cleaning the bar/restaurant in the morning was extremely rude and ended up shouting at me the top of her voice!
