Apreciada Laurita,Lamentamos mucho que su experiencia en su habitación individual 2 noches no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Lamentamos también no haber sabido el motivo de su puntuación y de no haber podido contactar con usted durante su estancia a través del mostrador de recepción ya que quizá habríamos podido subsanar el motivo de tal puntuación. Nuestro hotel es un hotel familiar en el que nos tomamos muy en serio sus comentarios. Vamos a revisar que puede haber pasado con su estancia. Gracias por su valoración.

Very nice location, within 5 minutes of downtown and all the shops and reaturatns. Only 10 minutes to the beach. The property is a bit old, but was alright for our usage.
