"The bed, balcony, huge rain shower, service, POOL (amazing temp too), sauna and location 1 block from the world class beach were amazing. The price was incredible too so giving it 5 stars. However, the smell of sewage from our 3rd floor toilet was unpleasant. We were only there for two nights so did not want to bother to switch. The AC control is tricky too. Ask the desk for a tutorial. Still 5 stars!!!"

"The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Best Portaventura hotel in terms of distance from beach. Best of both worlds. "

"The apartments are fine but very expensive for what they are and the facilities eg although there’s a lovely terrace there are no loungers. The price was 1 to 2 higher than nearby apartments that offered more. On arrival our balcony doors didn’t lock. We called and someone came to check but we had to sleep feeling unsafe. The next day I rebooted again and the helpful receptionist sorted. There were additional charges he’s for washing towels more than once a week! Plus a charge for the safe so on top of already expensive there were more costs. The kettle didn’t work unless you held the button in which is minor but just to say it wasn’t luxurious. Rooms were clean. The receptionist was very helpful. The second double bed was two singles at different heights "

Amazing sea view, awesome bar with chilled music

"Lovely beachfront hotel, friendly staff. Nice bar with great sea views. My room had a balcony and overlooked the sea, perfect for a chill out. Very limited parking, make sure you pre book a space if you need to park at the hotel, i was lucky as i was travelling out of season, and there was 1 space free."
