"What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+. Than out of the blue I find this beauty..... Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. Hot tub was amazing heated by a log burner. Comfortable seating area with a fire pit and bbq. The lake was massive...

"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. "Myself, my 11 year old and our young dog spent our October half term on the farm and had a very lovely and relaxing stay. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, they respected our privacy and didn't mind that our dog was a bit excited by all the farm animals (all of whom had loads of character!) "Stayed at the Ivy Bush many times, this time for a bargain price of £58 per couple (including breakfast). The rooms are a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The staff are attentive, even during a busy Xmas party weekend. The breakfast was plentiful and the car park was free. Will certainly be returning."
