"We where disappointed to say the least with the condition of the property and very disappointed with the fact it was a basement apartment ( which was never mentioned) on arrival we found it dirty and dark . We had to stand on a chair to open the blinds and stretch whilst on that chair to open the window to let the musty smell out. As part of my working life I have to conduct risk assessment,s with this in mind this is unacceptable We went out for a walk when we returned we wanted to shower...

"Stayed for one night for a catch up with friends and a visit to Cheshire Oaks. Very well located to the outlet stores and also to the centre of Chester for food and drinks in the evening. The property was good value for a one night stay, not the comfiest place we've stayed but had everything we needed for the night. A few stray hairs in the beds and bath on arrival and the shower is a little hard to turn off but other than that a very pleasant stay. Check in was very smooth and easy and the...

"Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. "

"We stayed at the Pullman for the Comicon and the location couldn’t have been better ( literally next to it ! The hotel is very modern and there’s a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby . We have stayed there twice now and will be back again in May . It’s also very close to the dock ( 5 minute walk ) ."

Small Niggle

"Check in was good and hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. Only slight negative for me is that I suffer from allergies - (dogs) and presume the room is one which allows dogs but even though the room was clean the I did suffer all night and into the next day."
