Posted 26 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe had an enjoyable relaxing 3 night stay. Comfortable rooms with a lovely breakfast. Excellent friendly welcoming service. Call from Jo earlier in the day to say our room was ready was very appreciated and a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended.

Conveniently situated in a quiet area with good parking, friendly owners and nothing too much trouble for them you only need to ask.

Posted 6 Oct 2023 on HotelsAttractive, clean property within walking distance of rail station, town dining and sites. Very welcoming and accommodating service. We were only in the room in the evenings, so we didn't avail ourselves of the parlor and other services. They were very helpful in getting us a cab at check-out. The only thing that I was unhappy about is the check-out time. Listed as 11:00am on Hotels.com, the housekeeper told us it was 10:30 (at 10:00) at the property. We had to rush to get in and out of the bathroom and packed up to be out on time. Other than that late surprise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
