Thank you for your review, although we feel it unfair seen as though you didnt stay with us.Your grievance is with Expedia and not ourselves as you booked a twin room for yourself and two children, which we clearly state in our terms and conditions, we do not allow.

Have stayed here before and location is fairly central on prom. Nice views of prom and pier/orme from room. Just breakfast and no parking provided but convenient hotel for most needs.

Great place to stay.
Posted 10 Mar 2020 on HotelsOur stay at Promenad was excellent. Very good location on the seafront and close to all amenities. Great location for the theatre, as only about 300 yards away.
Room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. We loved the sea view. Well worth the small upgrade.
Owners were extremely friendly and made us very welcome.
Will definitely return in the future.

Posted 4 Mar 2020 on HotelsI booked this hotel for my daughter and her partner who said that Iain and Martine were lovely hosts who were incredibly welcoming towards them when they arrived. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the seafront.
The breakfast was fantastic - Martine makes excellent scrambled eggs.

Posted 14 Oct 2019 on HotelsWe had a lovely stay at the Promenad and the owners Iain &Martine are so friendly and welcoming which makes the stay so much more enjoyable and we would definately stay here again.It is located on the promenade and room 4 had a great sea view.
