Not keen on wet room style bathroom. Not sufficient storage or shelves in bathroom.

A really lovely hotel but unfortunately my husband and I didn’t get much sleep at all on both nights! The staff are very friendly and do what they can but we were there to watch a show so we’re really tired through lack of sleep and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable which was a big problem as both my husband and I really suffer with back pain! My husband is disabled and also has extreme neuropathy throughout his body so was so uncomfortable and the room was a lot colder than we would have liked it to be. In a brighter note it was in close proximity to all the amenities and we did enjoy our little trip to celebrate my husbands birthday. I must say though that the hotel is clean and the staff try very hard to help you out at a drops notice. They were able to advise us on many things and nothing was true trouble for them which I feel is priceless!!

Great location and service - nice rooms though would be nice to be able to control heating in the room. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 would be due to no parking - not the hotel fault but would have been icing on cake.

A two night visit for work, lush welcome, staff extremely helpful and welcoming. The room, small but perfect for my needs, (only me staying), clean and warm. Thank you all!

Our stay here was amazing. the staff that greeted us on our arrival were so friendly and welcoming, sorry I didn’t get the ladies names. We chose a room with a balcony and we spent a lot of time out there. The extra touches of ear plugs, eye masks , dressing gown and slippers were wonderful. It even had a mini fridge in there, with amazing views we couldn’t have asked for more and cannot wait to go back
