"It was reasonable value for money and spacious. Added bonus to have a covered balcony and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, assisted with luggage up the stairs as no lift in my building. The room itself could have been a little bit cleaner. Found a dark long hair on my pillow, mine is short and blond. Cutlery and utensils a bit pick and mix but i was surprised to have any as the advert said you had to pay extra if staying a few says, so that was ok. Could do with clogh or paper...

"Large, clean easy property on the top floor. No elevator, so a lot of stairs everyday but we knew that when we booked. Views only of rooftops and courtyards but also not something we minded. The second 'bedroom' was the living room, the sofa pulled out so it would have been nice to have the second bedroom seperate from the living room but for the size, price and location, again it was fine. "The property was really clean and modern! Wonderful! Would totally come back again and really recommend. The most difficult part was that we arrived on a weekend and there isn’t anyone at reception. we also arrived quite late in the day and we weren’t able to access the property to then use their landline to call them and check-in. We managed to find a phone number on an e-mail we had and the guy we spoke to was so lovely, he gave us the code to get inside the building and helped us check-in. I...

"This is one of the best hotels/apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, historic building with modern apartments with premium furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are a great size, you can open the windows for fresh air, and the area surrounding is stunning. Matilda and the other team members were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus you get a book in the room with helpful tips and recommendations. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit Stockholm"

"Dirty dusty place. Cobwebs … spiders. Coffee stains on floors. It desperately needs a deep clean. No communication prior to arrival despite numerous attempts from our end. We had to book another hotel for the first overnight since we had no PIN code to enter.. phone is not answered just goes on answering machine. What a let down "

Comfortable stay near the station.

"1 min walk from Stockholm Central bus terminal. Although the room I stayed was compact and had no window, it was clean and comfortable for just staying a night. Amenities such as shampoo/body soap and hand soap were available at room. You can get boiled water if you ask at reception."
