This facility is truly an embarrassment for Red Roof Inn Corporation to have their name associated with it. In addition, I suggest that the Expedia Travel Company remove it from its selections of hotel lodgings. Emergency, nor Courtesy Phone or lines worked! Computer and Debit Card machine was down and no television signal.

Needed to cancel my reservation because my car broke down and I could not make the trip, hotel and Expedia were of no help whatsoever even though I had purchased travel insurance, was charged for the first night and the insurance was for nothing

There was literal feces on the floor. I refused to go barefoot stood on a personal towel because none were provided. Could hear a loud stereo from under me the whole time. I found a used needle under the bed. There was a body shaped stain on the ground with a lot of scratches that made me feel nervous. The door would not lock or shut the first 5 times I tried to close the door. They charged me $100 deposit on lot that I doubt I will ever get back.

After the first night we had no more toilet paper or clean towels for the rest of the trip, no house keeping, no staff anywhere on the property from 7pm to 11am.. We began our days early in the morning and would return to the hotel after 8pm, we had NO way of getting clean towels or toilet paper.. Thank goodness we didn’t get locked by accident out of our rooms in the evening. Room and property extremely dirty.

It was an awful experience at HomeTowne Studios , Detroit - Livonia!! I had reserved 2 rooms and when we reached at 10PM on the day of the check-in, there was no staff available. When we called emergency number, the guy asked $50 additional cost per room for him to come and check-in. We did not accept the offer and instead we looked for another hotel nearby & stayed there. Totally, it was a terrible experience at this hotel. I would never chose Home Towne Studios for my any of my future trips. I don't even recommend this to my friends.

I like how they little apartment type hotels and you can stay as long as you need that's dope a fully equipped kitchen very quiet and safe.
