Short group stay @ New Fairmont, Livingstone

Overall though quite big, the upkeep was not to the mark & the rooms need upgrade. Food was OK. Some group members were unhappy with the service

This property is dated. It was clean but old, weathered and really in need of an update. Bed was uncomfortable, tiles chipped and towels dry. Central and easy walking to town but this really isn’t necessary as town is small and not much to offer.
