"The place is absolutely beautiful on the outside of the rooms and around the hotel, our room on the inside not so much. The sheets were dingy and old looking, the pillows had a used smell to them and the room was dusty. The blinds were also dirty and were not friendly when we tried using them. Front desk staff was really helpful and nice. The food was great. They day servers, Benjamin and I forgot the name of the young guy with him are absolutely amazing. The night servers not so much. "What a brilliant location, shame the 'honeymoon suite' didn't live up to expectations. Four beds in room, black mould in shower tray, yuck, generally poor condition. Don't get me wrong, eco fantastic but seen much better eco accommodation. Food was excellent, loved meeting people, kayaking, swimming etc and room did have an amazing balcony to watch river/jungle life. Stayed 2 nights & irritated could only pay by cash!!!! Lots young people struggling with this too! Policy hotel.com??? "
