The hotel is great. Very good spa area. The junior suite is very big! The ski lift 200 meters from the hotel

Friendly hotel
Posted 4 Mar 2019 on HotelsThe hotel staff was very friendly/service oriented and met us at the car and helped with the luggage. The hotel is close to one of the ski areas in Livigno only 5-7 min walk. To get into the city you need to take a bus but the stop is only a couple of min walk from the hotel. The bus to the city takes 10-15 min. There is a spa in the hotel which is not included in the price but only costs you 5 Euro. Breakfast is really great a lot of good healthy options. We were not very happy with our dinner at the hotel but the staff was very receptive of the criticism and handle it very professionally. We might only have had some bad luck with our choice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff make the hotel and the staff here are outstanding. Always eager to help.
Room was a little tired, cobwebs in the corner but otherwise very clean and comfortable. I know the hotel cannot control it but the noise from adjoining rooms both to the side and above was excessive.
Not exactly ski in ski out as I was led to believe but a 5-10 minute free bus runs every 10 mins or so which was great and free storage for ski equipment.
Great breakfast with much on offer and lots of cakes
