Howard at reception was remarkable. Courteous and helpful - over and above the norm. He is the main reason for our top ratings. He plus the comfort of the bed. The carvery meal was fine - room clean. It is a hotel that appears to be working diligently to make a positive experience for its guests

We found the bed was to small and was to soft on the egdes so you seemed to fall out sightly on the edge of the bed.
The breakfast was very nice and staff were very friendly.
