THE ROOM LOOKED ONTO A DERELICT SITE, THE HOTEL TO GET TO IS NOT AT ALL SAFE.
BUILDING WORKS AND STRANGERS ALL AROUND.
PICKED UP A STOMACHE BUG FROM THE BREAKFAST FOOD AND ILL ALL DAY.

Only stayed for two days but I love having a little kitchen for late night snacks and not having to get dressed for breakfast
The location was great, walking distance to city centre and felt safe walking back even late at night
The room was spacious and comfortable, well equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom with big shower.
No noise heard from other guests, in fact when we did make it down for the complimentary breakfast I was surprised by how many other guests there were!
The buffet style breakfast was great, plenty of choice and staff available to help with any queries
Would definitely stay again if we travel back to Liverpool.

Really liked this property, great room with kitchen and large bathroom. Only complaint, no vent in bathroom, other than than that, great property. Breakfast was excellent and staff at property was very accommodating. Recommend this property.

Staff was great, breakfast was good but not very warm. Room was clean and nice. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants
