Hotel is lovely and beautiful location. However, several people arrived on the same day as me, to find that the hotel was overbooked due to a wedding and an alternative hotel was offered in the city centre (no use to me as I was visiting family locally). So far Expedia is very unhelpful at issuing my refund - I booked and paid 8 months ago!!!

Wonderful Hotel.

On arrival we were greeted with a very friendly service at reception and given the key to our room which was spacious and very clean. We loved all the pictures, canvases and memorabilia of the Beatles that adorns the walls throughout the hotel.
Breakfast was wonderful! Although the restaurant was very busy our order was served very quickly by a wonderful lady and everything was cooked to perfection.
All-in-all we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

Very convenient to Sefton Patk. Room very poor value for the price. No safe, very little toiletries. Bathroom cold as no radiator installed. Water pressure poor on shower No mirror on dressing table.
