Staff were very friendly and helpful.
It is very close to bus links to Liverpool City Centre and the motorway network.
Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold food and unlimited coffee.
Room was a good size and comfortable. A very good stay overall.

Staff are hard working and very helpful.
Could have done with better dining options for the prices we paid for dinner; we felt we paid resturant prices for Anfield stadium quality food.

On the whole it was a pleasant stay , beds were comfy , room was warm , breakfast was good , the cold water tap wasn’t working, which we went and told them , when we arrived but it wasn’t fixed , they did bring up some cans of water for us! We would stay there again !
