Heater is not good and space heaters tripped brakers in the room. Rooms and bathrooms are tiny.

The room itself was good - clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location as shops and nightlife is a walkable distance. Would definitely stay here again if price was reasonable. My only issue was that in the few days beforehand I was trying to arrange an early check-in but was unable to contact anyone. Tried messaging through Expedia and FB but no reply received. I also tried calling the telephone number but it kept saying to call back later.

I have stayed here several times but this time was terrible. Our aircon heating didnt work so the room was freezing. Having informed the staff they took an oil fill heater into our room. When we got in it wasnt even on and more to the point only 3 wheels / damaged. The shower water was warm not hot. The food was very average Very dissappointed as the standards are normally much higher

Check in was very easy, we were greeted on arrival which was unexpected but very nice, the hotel itself is very nice, the room was clean and spacious enough for a nights stay. The town and docks are within 10-15 minute walk and there are plenty of places to eat and drink within this distance, overall very happy thank you.

Price and location was very good. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, although spec was average. Breakfast was also just average.
