Very substandard Hilton, dirty room, poor customer service and old facilities.
Avoid and book another hotel nearby.

The staff parked my car outside without any fuss or drama and were extremely helpful.

Some reception staff very nice and helpful. Bar manager helpfully. Bar staff get wrong drinks. Room room service was a joke.

Two night business trip.
The heating did not work in my room. Moved to a second room on the same floor, unfortunately, the heating did not work in this room. Eventually, around 11pm moved to a third room on the sixth floor where the heating did work.
No offer of a partial refund for the disruption caused.
Inconsistent charging policy for breakfast in the room.
Day One: Breakfast £12 plus £3.50 tray charge.
Day Two: Breakfast £12 plus £6 delivery charge and £3.50 tray charge.

Overall very good property however they incorrectly charged me £42 extra for no apparent reason and when I asked the staff they apologised and dealt with it well but I wonder if I would of ever been refunded if I didn’t realise the money being took

Great hotel very central to everything
