Everyone was very nice and the property looked well kept. It's very convient for shopping and getting around. Honestly the only issue i had was in our room. It was not cleaned well. Our floor was dirty and there was a stain on our sheets on one of the beds. The rest of the property looked clean so i know it was a slip up with house keeping. I will say they need to keep up better at breakfast. We were there a couple days and stuff would be empty and no one to ask to refill, same with cofffee, during prime breakfast hours.

Hot tub not working and that is why we chose this hotel. We told staff and they didn’t offer a discount.

The cookies that were out for the customers made my son sick. The pool end up being closed which was the whole reason why I booked with this hotel. The manager said he would give me points to make up for everything and never got them.

Friendly staff, lobby was great for large gatherings as we were there for our kids band competition

The staff was exceptional when I had banking issues when checking in, they were patient and helpful both days I spent at the property Loved the location, breakfast, and the staff there as well I mentioned on check out that this was not a compliant but for attention in the room only, Freezer jammed with one huge piece of ice and fan ran even when off and continually I was very comfortable here
