Really handy for the city centre, Albert Dock, Liverpool One and all travel hubs. Good value, very clean and the staff could not have been more friendly - nothing was too much trouble and I will definitely stay here again

Brilliant hotel ideal for one or two nights....excellent location....helpful and friendly staff...value for money....especially weekdays

I had a great three nights here. Went to the football and a Conference.
Staff v friendly and helpful.
Perfect location.
Rooms smallish but fine for one. For two people it might be a bit tight.
No desk.

They charge the customer more than a four star hotel for their hotel rooms that in fact they are like a prison cells. Without window, no space to move and zero facilities.

Great central location to everything in Liverpool. Easy walks to Mathew Street and LiverpoolONE, as well as the docks. Friendly and helpful staff and check-in process. Basic room, but exactly what we were looking for.
