Badly soundproofed single glazed windows onto a party street. First room I was given had not been cleaned but that was quickly sorted.

Upon arriving we noticed that basic necessities were not provided. Bath plug was only provided when we complained, flat has had broken furniture and holes in walls. When asking for amenities to be provided we had to chase. Very loud location as next to many nightclubs. Building was unsafe as random people who were not guests of the hotel had access to the building and would just chill in the lobby. Housekeeping is every 4 days so not ideal if you are staying for longer and plan to cook. Housekeeper came to our door but as we were leaving the flat in under 30 mins we asked for her to attend once we leave. We were then informed when asking for housekeeping it is every 4 days. The cleaner should have mentioned it’s either “now or tomorrow”! Very poor service and appalling state of the flat, definitely needs refreshing and basic stuff like dish soap and dishwasher tablets should be already provided if you have the dishwasher for us to use but nothing to actually use to clean. Stayed in many aparthotels and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had. Would not recommend.

I have had a look into your reservation and can see that all amenities you requested throughout your stay were provided within an hour of your request, aside from the plug within the bath; which, as was explained to yourself at the time of your stay, was lost due to an unforeseen circumstance, however a new plug was provided the day after it was requested. Whilst I do appreciate that it may have been frustrating for yourself to be unable to use the bath for the first day of your stay, the apartment that you were upgraded from did not contain a bath, nor was advertised as such.Regarding your statement of the safety of the property, please note that as the building is only accessible via keypad entrance, and we have CCTV that is monitored 24 hours, non-guests are not able to access the lobby area, however we do welcome guests to sit within the communal areas of the property; likely you have encountered fellow guests within the seating area.We are not advertised as serviced apartments, however, as a gesture of goodwill to all of our guests, we do offer a full service every 4 days. We apologise that you expected the apartment to be serviced upon your request, however I can see that when the team did offer your apartment service, this was refused.If you have any further issues that you would like to raise, please do not hesitate to get in touch! Never had a bad stay in an epic apartment aways plenty of towels and the beds very comfy

I stayed here recently and couldn’t believe the price for the apartment. Therefore, as a regular visitor to Liverpool, I decided to book again. Based on the price I paid I cannot have any complaints, however if I was paying a lot more or what I suspect is anything “peak” I’d expect the following to be looked at: 1. I was given a different room to the one at the time of booking. As I’ve now stayed in a few and seen the price differences I would expect more from (18) if it’s the same price as (22). 2. I received a text to say I’d been given the wrong room, however this included the code so I hope this was changed for the people in that room. Something to consider security wise. 3. Only one large towel was provided for 2 people, no big deal and I appreciate it’s an easy mistake. 4. WiFi was patchy to say the least, which I know isn’t a problem in the other rooms at the front. Something to look into. 5. There’s a very unpleasant stain on the sofa that could do with looking at. I will be staying here again as the value is unbelievable, however, as you give apartment numbers on the booking page I would expect that to be the one I stay in, although I appreciate damages/repairs may sometimes affect this. All in all when I book last minute on quiet days of the week this will always be my go to and I’ll continue to recommend it.
