The property was fine for the most part. Clean. The street it is on is a construction site at the moment and so it is really noisy from very early.
The apartment itself was nice although there was no remote control on the apartment for the television. We had chosen to have a gaming night before going out yet the hdmi port had been doctored and removed. This isn’t the first time we’ve stayed in one of these apartments and not had a problem with a television.
Other than that, the communication is pretty intrusive from epic after you buy with Expedia. You are sent a 4 page docket to fill out of your information. A couple of days after that you’re sent a random deposit link. Only from then are you whatsapped details to get in the apartment. I would prefer to just do the majority if this in Expedia.

Terrible hotel
Posted 27 Dec 2023 on HotelsHotel doesent give deposit back . Hotel was not very clean had blood marks rtc on bed sheets. Some of the walls had door marks in them and the door handles were very loose ready to fall off . The wooden panels underneath the dishwashers were extremely loose etc. we felt very unwelcomed due to all of this as all of this damage was already here before we enterd the property signifying that they may be trying to set us up not to get our deposit back (in which we didn’t receive back )

Health risk for breathing in the Hideout
Posted 26 Aug 2023 on HotelsIt was such a pity as the place was in the perfect location and the layout of the apartment was well done. But it should come with a health warning, the mould and damp in the appartment was really overpowering and we found it difficult to breathe. We had read reviews for 2022 and was sure these issues would have been resolved but they have not. I challenge the owner to spend a night and see what conditions your asking people to stay in. The master and twin bed were of good quality but very little bed linen for the sofa bed no pillows, also no tea towel in the kitchen.As for the communication team i could not fault them they were excellent. My only other complaint is 4 days on i have not received my deposit back, i feel this should be returned the following day when the cleaners find the apartment in perfect condition.

Security deposits are released upon checkout of your apartment. It can take between 3-10 working days depending on your bank. I will be sharing your feedback about the mold to our management team as we haven't had such complaints about mold in this location recently. Not bad but could be better.
Posted 28 Jul 2023 on HotelsWe arrived at our accommodation to find no hand towel in the bathroom. The bin broken and no tea towel or oven glove to use.
There was a smell a damp in the building which wasn’t very pleasant.
The accommodation I had booked was 2 single beds, a king bed and a double storage bed. We received 2 double beds and a double sofa bed, meaning our children had to double up and share beds. Despite this we enjoyed our stay but just wanted to make you aware of these issues.

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were two good size bedrooms each holding a double bed and single bed. One Bedroom was ensuite/wet room. There were 3 bathrooms in total, 2 were wet rooms. The apartment was a stone's throw from the city centre. There are lots of seagulls at the back of the property so earplugs are recommended for a good night's sleep.There were some minor maintenance issues like paint peeling on banister, some wall plaster issues and some minor safety issues with steps going from the living room to the kitchen area. These steps were quite high and didn't have a handrail. The staff were friendly and helpful.
