Our room smelled terribly of cigarette. I asked the hotel receptionist (which by the way is reachable via WhatsApp and not physically present) if they could clean the room thoroughly. They sent a staff member with a can of Lysol. That was the solution. After staying around 15-30 minutes in the room I couldn’t bare the cigarette and smoke dander. It was everywhere. I ended up in a coughing and allergy attack I had to leave. I asked for another room and they didn’t have any. I asked for a refund and they couldn’t “guarantee” one. I’m taking it up with Expedia or my credit card. I don’t recommend this place

I was sent the wrong check in information. No one was answering my calls. When I did find a member of staff they told me i was at the wrong building. I found my room but there was no key fob so couldn't get in. The apartment was a good size but tired looking. It was cold and I was unable to change the temperature using the controls. Despite all this it was good value for money

Amazing apartment just wish we'd stayed more than 1 night.

Very nice property. Well maintained and clean. Easy to walk to city centre with many options for shopping, dining and bars.

Already made a complaint. Next to a nightclub with bounding music untill 3-4am never says this on description. Rooms a dirty smell and holes everywhere in the wall. Couldn’t check in till 3.40 despite check in being at 3pm, no communication about this however or prior warning just constantly lied to telling there chasing it when clearly have been seen sat in office playing on phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wouldn’t stay with family
