I had a room with leaking tap and 2 broken lights that don’t work and no heating it was cold in the room

Staff were amazing and a great help in sorting our disabled mothers needs.
Breakfast had a great choice and the food was nicely cooked.
Only negative is that the shower taps need replaced and were difficult to use in our room.
We had a very relaxed stay and felt totally welcomed.

Huge suite / room, nice staff and delicious evening meal and breakfast too.

First time staying here and really enjoyed it looking to book a trip away again soon loved that the swimming pool was open till late as we went shopping in Liverpool came back to the hotel went for a swim then off our for food ideal for shopping in Liverpool or Manchester as in-between both about 30/40 mins each way
