Stayed with girlfriends for a christmas shopping trip and night out. Had a lovely apartment sized room with kitchen and jacuzzi bath. It was Clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Roof top bar is currently closed. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and very impressive building facade. Facilities inside could do with a little update especially in terms of lighting.
Very dark. Otherwise Very friendly staff in a wonderful location opposite the spoons.

Hotel could do with a makeover. Very dark and dreary. Only a small rooftop bar which was closed. Would not recommend this hotel.

Massive rooms brilliant space. Comfortable beds clean and warm. Restaurants wasn't open so no food available or breakfast but plenty of places very nearby for food. Lovely quiet location near everything you need. Station James street is next door which is fantastic. Shops very close by.
