The location was perfect. The condition of the flat was ok. Lots of marks cracks etc. sofa bed in lounge wasn’t amazing. Didn’t have enough towels - 8 of us staying and only four towels. Had to contact them to bring more. Would stay again though

Building manager showed up and escorted us to our apartment and explained everything. Through no fault of EPIC, Liverpool won an important football match that day resulting a lot of partying in the nearby clubs. Made me wish I was younger!

Apartment is billed as 4 star Apartment sleeping 5. Really badly equiped, 2 glasses, 2 cups, impossible to cook, not very clean. Also no warning of just how noisy the apartments are. It should be pointed out on the description that it will be very noisy until 3am on Friday and Saturday

I was sent the wrong check in information. No one was answering my calls. When I did find a member of staff they told me i was at the wrong building. I found my room but there was no key fob so couldn't get in. The apartment was a good size but tired looking. It was cold and I was unable to change the temperature using the controls.
